The Olde Cottage Tea Rooms is located in the village of rottingdean, 3 miles from the city of Brighton. The Olde Cottage was originally built in 1586 A.D and has retained its original features such as the low beams.
 
The Olde Cottage Tea Rooms is under new ownership, has a revised menu and undergone a complete refurbishment.

We now offer breakfasts available until 11.00 am. A light lunch menu to include freshly made Sandwiches, Homemade Soup, Ploughman’s, Salads and Jacket Potatoes.

Still available is the traditional English Cream Tea which includes fresh scone, butter, strawberry conserve and clotted cream.
Or try one of our delicious cakes, together with a pot of tea from our wide range of traditional, herbal and fruit teas.
 
We are available for hire for private functions and parties.

We are open 7 days a week, Monday - Friday from 9am until 6pm and weekends from 10.30am until 6pm.
